Teen CHANGE partners with Charlestown High School, Charlestown and The English High School, Jamaica Plain to offer on-site assistance to students and their families who are living in poverty, at risk of or experiencing homelessness with accessing housing, benefits programs as well as stocking a closet with seasonally appropriate clothing, hygiene products, and material needs.
